In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage stock counts and address discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure inventory system accuracy, including managing stock records and pricing.
• Develop and manage reports and dashboards to inform management decisions.
• Analyse inventory trends and monitor expiring stock while generating regular reports.
• Plan and test upgrades to inventory software for reliability assurance.
• Serve as a liaison between departments such as IT, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Coordinate stock control activities with warehouse teams.
• Oversee inventory processes across various sites when needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in data management and inventory software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
