In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders for data and report projects.
- Design data marts and develop ETL processes using Talend Data Integration and dbt.
- Create and update reports in Tableau, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Maintain the availability of existing data platforms for reporting and analysis.
- Support and mentor team members and engage in career development efforts.
- Participate in and occasionally lead team meetings and provide domain-specific advice.
- Evaluate personal performance and engage in regular manager check-ins.

This role requires you to have:
- Data Warehouse star schema design
- SQL development
- ETL and ELT development experience
- Familiarity with Talend tools and/or dbt
- Tableau proficiency
- AWS technology stack development
- Experience with S3, Redshift, RDS, Athena
- Big Data platform development knowledge
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with BigQuery
- Knowledge of R, Jupyter, Scala for data science collaboration
- Non-BI programming experience, such as application or website development
- Proficiency in Java or Python
- Linux/Unix command line and shell scripting
