The role exists to analyze data related to employee experiences, and the team aims to use this data to improve the overall work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Power BI and Excel.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data to tell the story of the employee experience
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics
• Handle large sets of confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders
• Balance multiple responsibilities and ensure effective delivery of priorities
• Perform other reasonable tasks as directed
