In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead data and reporting transition to EOS with minimal disruptions.
- Establish best practices for data quality management in Mortgages projects.
- Monitor and resolve data issues to meet deadlines.
- Enhance the reliability of data infrastructure with IT collaboration.
- Implement strategies for data consistency and reliability.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Define data accuracy benchmarks with stakeholders.
- Maintain regular audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Automate processes to reduce manual efforts and improve reporting timelines.
- Collaborate with teams to understand and support their data requirements.
- Propose solutions to improve departmental workflows and document processes.
- Provide insightful reporting to aid business decision-making.
- Train team members in Power BI and related tools, fostering technical growth.

This role requires you to have:
- 5 years of Data Analyst experience
- Expert SQL skills
- Intermediate to expert Power BI experience
- Experience with Google BigQuery and EOS
