This position exists to enhance data-driven insights for their high-ranking programs, collaborating across internal teams and contributing to impactful decision-making.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of MBA and MFE employment data according to global standards.
- Manage career technology platforms, ensuring effective functionality and integration.
- Develop analyses on employment outcomes, providing insights on gender pay gaps and regional career patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for student onboarding, system access, and data compliance.
- Monitor student and employer engagement with career services and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain KPIs and produce reports for MFE, MBA, and EMBA programs.
