In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support design, development, and management of PBS reporting standards.
• Analyze services to identify potential issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage a performance measurement system for PBS service delivery.
• Coordinate with Service Owners and Technology teams for report implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders to address service issues and missed SLAs.
• Coach team members on methodologies and tools.
• Align PBS services across all Service Centers.
• Monitor and report on team performance.
• Lead or support ad-hoc reporting initiatives within PBS.

• Extensive experience in data analytics, reporting, and project management.
• Experience with ServiceNow Reports, Performance Analytics, Tableau, SharePoint, Database Management, and Power BI.
