Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and manage PBS reporting standards across multiple functions and services.
• Analyze service procedures to identify issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Implement a multi-dimensional performance measurement system in PBS service delivery.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and technology teams to standardize report and dashboard implementation.
• Assist in engaging stakeholders when service discrepancies occur.
• Mentor team members on methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Align PBS services throughout all Service Centers.
• Monitor and summarize team performance.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional reporting initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and project management within Shared Services or Vendor environments.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Reports, Performance Analytics, Tableau, SharePoint, SQL scripting, Python, and Power BI.

You would benefit from having:

• Expertise in MS Office, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and statistical tools such as MiniTab.
