In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Use data analysis to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer and commercial insights, and analyze inventory and sales drivers.
• Support product strategy through analyses and evaluate the impact of product tests.
• Manage and enhance Looker and other analytical tools, training team members in their use.
• Analyze user acquisition channels and customer retention strategies.
• Evaluate strategic expansion opportunities, including international or category expansion.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 2+ years of experience as an analyst in a digital and consumer-focused environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a curiosity for consumer behavior.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a comprehensive skill set in analysis, methodology, and result communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and experience with BI tools like Looker and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in SQL for data analysis.
