The Talking Therapies Data Analyst will join a dedicated team, utilizing data to significantly improve service delivery and management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Service Manager with proactive data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Service Lead and Data Team for meaningful data management.
• Strategically inform data use for operational efficiency.
• Monitor service activity, producing KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure data compliance through regular cleansing.
• Train clinical staff on the patient management system and address queries.
