In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage the Talking Therapies patient management system (iaptus)
- Ensure data compliance using cleansing reports and tools
- Train new staff and respond to queries regarding the patient management system
- Collaborate with other data analysts and the service team to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide accurate data for effective management of IAPT services

This role requires you to have:
- English & Maths GCSEs grades A-C or equivalent
- Experience in a similar operations or analytical role
- Managing large datasets in a case management system
- Advanced IT skills including Excel expertise
- Strong management reporting and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and a disciplined approach
- Leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a pressured environment
- Effective communication with a range of stakeholders
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel
