• Analyze call volumes and outcomes for improvement opportunities.
• Act as liaison with team managers to recommend resourcing level changes.
• Manage Automatic Call Distribution as per policies.
• Monitor system issues and telecom faults, coordinating with relevant parties.

• Proficiency in ACD Reports.
