The West Brom Building Society is looking for an HR Data Analyst to join their team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role supports the HR department by producing critical data reports and maintaining HR information systems. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Generate HR data reports following set procedures.
- Manage and prepare data for the HR team and business use.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data accuracy.

- Identify and propose improvements to data processes.
- Support HR projects by analyzing trends in people data.
