This role supports the HR department by producing critical data reports and maintaining HR information systems. It is integral to business operations as it ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Generate HR data reports following set procedures.
• Manage and prepare data for the HR team and business use.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data accuracy.

• Support HR projects by analyzing trends in people data.
