The Digital & Data team plays a pivotal role in this mission, seeking a passionate BI Reporting Specialist to help turn raw data into strategic insights. This position is crucial for enhancing business processes and performance through advanced business intelligence solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.
  • Enhance customer-focused BI services.
  • Provide expert advice and support within the team.
  • Maintain a service-oriented, customer-centric approach.
  • Design, develop, and manage reporting solutions.
  • Oversee BI tools such as scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and create insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and uphold documentation for BI systems.
  • Offer technical support for BI tools.
  • Monitor and report on BI system performance.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding and exploring data.
  • Promote and build reporting expertise within the team.

This role requires you to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Proficiency in visual design and BI tools.
  • Background as a Business Intelligence developer using the Microsoft BI stack.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skill in managing data from diverse sources and formats.
  • Ability to present information clearly with drill-down capability.
