Their mission-driven team is on the lookout for a Junior Data Analyst to aid in data platform development and contribute to business insights, working closely with senior management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage ELT pipelines to prepare digestible data for business use.
  • Create dynamic data models with dbt for transforming raw data into reliable tables and dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and perform general maintenance.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on product performance and customer metrics.
  • Fix bugs throughout the data pipeline.
  • Convert business logic into code to track key metrics effectively.

This role requires you to have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proficient in SQL with knowledge of complex joins and functions.
  • Experience with the Modern Data Stack, especially dbt.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

You would benefit from having:

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Background in Analytics Engineering.
  • Experience with Fivetran and data engineering.
  • Proficient in using GitHub.
  • Understanding of web and business analytics.
