• Extract actionable data insights for product strategy to enhance customer onboarding and account access.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to inform and iterate on product changes throughout development.
• Identify significant opportunities and advocate for effective alternatives.
• Develop automated data pipelines and dashboards for streamlined data access.
• Define and report KPIs to track and communicate team progress.
