Wise May is looking for a proactive and analytical Data and Reporting Analyst to join a prestigious international reinsurer. This role involves working within a global team to drive data-centric strategies and satisfy various reporting needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data analytics processes throughout the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Handle requests, apply assumptions, and manage data extraction and analysis to deliver relevant information to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop the organization's data analytics framework, identifying trends and patterns from large data sets.
• Work with stakeholders to compile, define, and document data and reporting requirements to produce actionable insights.
• Utilize tools such as PowerBI, Palantir, Python, and SQL to process and present data from various sources.
• Support the lead BI developer in validating data solutions and dashboard results against baseline data.
• Identify and address data quality issues while continuously discovering new monitoring opportunities.

This role requires you to have:
