The team is a part of a robust group of analysts working on company-wide projects, aiming to infuse analytics into their products.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide actionable data insights to product teams.
• Create and track key metrics for the financial crime product team.
• Conduct research and prepare reports and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists to enhance fraud detection features.
• Develop frameworks for managing risk and customer experiences at scale.
• Drive discovery by proposing initiatives to decrease financial crime.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Base salary between 60,000 and 75,000 GBP.
• Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and additional benefits.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong quantitative skills with a background in statistics, or a scientific field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Ability to structure and prioritize business problems independently.
• Experience with data visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• 3-4 years of experience analyzing data in a professional setting.
