Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Customer Data Analyst for Sweaty Betty on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on interpreting data to drive customer-focused marketing, e-commerce, and product strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to leverage data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize customer questions and conduct comprehensive analyses.
• Analyze weekly and monthly customer behavior, product, and transactional data to provide insights and identify opportunities.
• Manage customer segmentation models and lead experimentation initiatives to uncover new opportunities.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data storytelling.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports to ensure complex analyses are user-friendly.
• Work with the central data team to ensure data accuracy and conduct regular validations.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Effective task planning and prioritization.
