In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Identify and preserve data required for litigation
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Collaborate with legal teams to identify key documents and prepare legal cases
- Prepare data and documents for presentation at trials
- Assist in project management to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Investigate and resolve issues arising from the data/documents
- Provide technical assistance on eDiscovery tools to legal teams and clients
- Support the development and implementation of best eDiscovery practices using Generative AI
- Prepare legal documentation for the disclosure stage of litigation
