This role exists to harness business and performance metrics, utilizing technical expertise and effective communication skills to convert data into actionable marketing strategies. The team aims to improve customer experiences and optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure data quality with zero errors
• Visualize marketing and sales funnels, including demand modeling and lead forecasting
• Analyze data from multiple sources for actionable insights
• Collaborate with teams on data analysis, providing training on reporting tools
• Streamline data gathering processes and enhance reporting efficiency
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing performance indicators

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and retention tracking
• Background in SaaS
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
