This role exists to support the data strategy as data becomes increasingly essential, especially with sister brands like BadRhino and Long Tall Sally. The team focuses on transitioning reporting systems to a new data warehouse, emphasizing deeper analysis for business growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain regular reports to monitor sales performance and marketing activities.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze key commercial data from various systems.
• Use Tableau to produce dashboards that enhance understanding of marketing and ecommerce performance.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and support the Data and Insights Manager in implementing solutions.
• Establish and maintain a reporting suite for the marketplaces team for efficient data transfers.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Handle regular and ad-hoc projects requiring creative data-based solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL query writing.
• Basic understanding of data architecture and data warehousing.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in using Excel for data manipulation and presentation.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Understanding of retail business data needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
