In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data science and analytics initiatives within the FinCrime team.
• Challenge assumptions within models due to adaptive adversary behavior.
• Shape development using a tech stack like Airflow, Fivetran, DBT, Databricks, leveraging Python.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and scalable ML inference systems.
• Manage delivery beyond coding, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and make architectural decisions.
