The Customer Contact Centre Data Analyst will support the Global Contact Centre team in driving business decisions through data analysis and insights, reporting to the Data & Insights Manager. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and/or Python.
- Create data visualizations to communicate complex insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights.
- Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and tools for self-service analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis and visualization techniques.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on customer experience.
- Strong skills in SQL and/or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into recommendations.
