The Customer Data & Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the use of data for enhancing customer journeys and driving strategic product success. Joining the dedicated Customer Data Management team, the Specialist will collaborate on projects that impact all levels of the business.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support initiatives on the Customer department's roadmap, prioritizing projects in collaboration with the Customer Data Management Manager.
- Manage data components of Customer initiatives, serving as an expert on related queries.
- Document and implement requirements with stakeholders to ensure successful projects.
- Develop testing, governance, and administrative procedures for databases, publishing any modifications.
- Perform data tasks such as extraction, cleaning, analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Minimize data duplication and maintain consistency across the business, preventing data silos.
- Communicate findings effectively to all business levels from graduates to executive leadership.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or infrastructure development.
- Self-motivation with a proactive attitude and adaptable nature.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for complex problem-solving.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Experience extracting data with SQL or Python from platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with development tracking in Confluence or JIRA.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
