In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize reports and automation systems using Power BI.
- Extract and analyze data from Aptify CRM to find valuable insights.
- Identify trends in customer and member behaviors.
- Support data-related queries and reporting needs.
- Enhance and maintain automation processes for improved efficiency.
