This position on the Technology Solutions and Analytics team aims to enhance the pharmaceutical supply chain, supporting pharmacists in prioritizing patient care through data-driven strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify root causes of business problems using data and analytical tools.
• Monitor systems to ensure process continuity, addressing issues as needed.
• Develop models to predict demand, optimize operations, and generate insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and evaluate solutions.
• Perform exploratory analysis and verify hypotheses.
• Forecast future volume requirements for capacity planning.
• Create segmentation models for supply chain support.
• Recommend and evaluate potential solutions with detailed impact analyses.
• Partner with Data Engineers to develop analytics data models and reporting metrics.
• Lead projects focused on inventory management challenges.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics
• Proficiency with tools like R, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Looker
• Strong SQL and database management skills
• Ability to communicate quantitative analysis effectively
