In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and perform analyses to support data-driven decisions by the Economics and Executive Leadership teams.
• Build and maintain systems for parameterizing production applications.
• Design mechanisms and incentive schemes for blockchain economics.
• Create models and simulations to assess investment opportunities.
• Parameterize trading systems and optimize production application parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network incentives and systems.
• Operationalize processes and coordinate across departments.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role, particularly in trading or quantitative research.
• Deep understanding of financial and cryptocurrency markets and incentives.
• Background in financial modeling, data engineering, and model automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with statistical or econometric analyses for solving economic problems.
• Extensive experience in data analysis or data science.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Master's level education in Economics or Finance or equivalent industry experience.
