They are seeking a Data Analyst to lead Service Delivery Data initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting and monitoring tools. This position supports operational efficiency under the Integration, Quality, Process and Test Support lead.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for troubleshooting data issues internally and externally.
• Engage stakeholders to document and analyze business requirements.
• Create reports and dashboards using visualization tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements in data analysis.
• Train stakeholders to develop dashboards and reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analysis and report development
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
• Technical support and customer support experience
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong influence and people management abilities

• Programming experience, e.g., Python
