The Senior Data Insights Analyst role, which supports the Customer Success team, is designed to deliver critical insights that help maximize customer ROI from Cylynt's intelligent technology solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Derive actionable insights from data to influence customer business outcomes.
• Engage in strategic customer calls as a data compliance expert, presenting insights to key stakeholders.
• Support customer success and sales teams in achieving their objectives.
• Advise the product team on enhancing platform usability for complex data accessibility.
• Employ data visualization tools, such as Looker, to build customized dashboards for customers.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s Degree in Data or Business Analytics with a primary degree in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience analyzing complex data.
• Proven experience in presenting data insights to senior customer stakeholders.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
