In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Set up and manage parameters for generating global transparency data files and reports.
- Establish and lead annual timelines for transparency obligations with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Lead resolution process for data issues impacting transparency reporting.
- Drive identification of corrections or omissions through root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements and lead data governance processes.
- Resolve inquiries and disputes with healthcare providers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Partner with IT and business areas to ensure data analysis supports new reporting requirements.
