The AI Data Analyst role is pivotal in steering data strategies, managing analytics, and communicating insights that provide competitive advantages. The incumbent will play a key part in developing data-driven solutions for internal and external clients, emphasizing the importance of data integrity and using advanced visualization tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Work independently on data analysis within the Data and Analytics team with minimal design guidance.
• Utilize coding best practices to create scalable solutions for large datasets.
• Maintain and enhance standard processes to deliver consistent metrics and insights.
• Prepare data for analysis, integrating sources to create valuable insights.
• Solve analytical problems using Equifax and external data.
• Review code, identify anomalies, and collaborate to implement solutions.
• Communicate the importance of findings and recommend actions.
• Ensure the ethical use of data assets in collaboration with data governance teams.
• Preprocess raw data, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and ethical standards.

This role requires you to have:

• BS degree in STEM or related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in a related analyst role
• Technical skills including SQL, BigQuery, R, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker
