This key role involves shaping data and insights strategies while leading significant projects and mentoring team members. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the AI Innovation Lab, aiding in the design and delivery of analytical insights and solutions through data science and governance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Leverage data assets for strategic decision-making and growth.
• Optimize data processing and storage systems for effectiveness.
• Develop rules and processes to support data quality modeling.
• Prepare data by building pipelines from multiple sources.
• Consolidate and cleanse data for client solutions.
• Interpret large and complex datasets.
• Propose and evaluate new technological solutions.
• Implement best practices in data management and security.
• Develop data quality checks and troubleshoot anomalies.
• Mentor junior data engineers and review their work.

• BS degree in STEM or equivalent field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
