In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and develop reporting capabilities with business operations.
• Create visualizations to meet business analytical needs, including customer segmentation and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units like Electric Ireland and Smart Energy Services.
• Design business metrics and reporting solutions across various functional areas.
• Implement data governance and quality controls.
• Support self-serve reporting by guiding business unit data access and analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations in response to business needs.
• Perform data modeling for large scale analysis and customer behavior models.
• Contribute to agile product delivery as part of a collaborative team.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
• Competence in SQL
• Experience managing large, complex datasets
• Effective stakeholder management
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Maths, Data Analytics or equivalent experience

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in Data Science algorithms and methods
• Experience in SAP BO/BW/4Hana
• Knowledge of R, SPSS, Python, Power Shell
• Agile project management or Scrum Master certification
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Maths, or Computer Science
