In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to prioritize and document data requirements for risk, finance, and regulatory change.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current data processes and systems, identifying improvement areas.
• Perform gap analysis on existing data architectures and design solution options.
• Develop and implement data solutions for risk, finance, and regulatory changes.
• Monitor and ensure data quality and compliance with data governance and management policies.
• Implement and document Data Lineage improvements.
• Source and integrate data from multiple systems to deliver insights for regulatory solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support design and implementation of risk and regulatory solutions with data expertise.
• Conduct research on new data technologies and tools.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users to support data asset adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with consulting firm on finance, risk, and regulatory projects.
• Experience with financial services clients.
• Familiarity with Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting domains.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Advanced Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with data management tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented and deadline-focused organizational skills.
