In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to document data requirements for channel strategies.
• Conduct research and coordinate sessions for implementing new data technologies.
• Analyze current data systems and processes to identify improvements.
• Source, clean, and integrate data for channel insights.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and data teams.
• Support the design of CRM-based channel solutions.
• Monitor data quality and maintain compliance with data governance policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consulting firm focusing on data analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
