In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to document requirements for channel strategies.
• Research and select new data technologies to enhance Customer Channel performance.
• Analyze existing data processes to identify improvements for integration with digital solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis on Customer Channels data architectures.
• Develop data solutions to support new channel solutions.
• Monitor data quality and maintain compliance with Data Governance policies.
• Source and integrate data from various systems for strategic insights.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring communication of data objectives.
• Support the design of channel solutions using CRM platforms.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure data asset adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Data Science or IT.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst focusing on channel strategies.
• Experience with MI/BI reporting and data visualisation tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with customer platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
