In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data issues linked to market movements impacting indices and resolve quality discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and use Bloomberg for data verification.
• Resolve data issues timely within defined service-level agreements.
• Manage and respond to requests from the Index helpdesk efficiently.
• Recommend enhancements in processes for data loading, quality checks, and reporting.
• Contribute to test plans and support user acceptance testing for process improvements.
• Document and manage client requests for new data.
• Maintain procedure documents and adhere to company's risk policies.
• Support lean and agile methodologies.
