Intersport Elverys is integrating an experienced Data Analyst & Developer into their IT team. The role is pivotal in advancing systems development, testing, and supporting retail stores and the head office. A strong individual is needed to streamline data systems and contribute to the continuous enhancement of IT systems and processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Research and analyze data from various systems including SAP ECC, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Document analytic activities to support decision-making processes.
• Design and deliver datasets and queries for Microsoft Power BI and Jet Reports.
• Implement initiatives for system and process improvements.
• Support and develop data solutions using the Azure stack.
• Monitor Azure environment and manage SQL database optimization.
• Lead initiatives for data quality review and improvement.
• Assist in modernizing and retiring legacy data systems.
• Collaborate in migrating and dismantling the SAP reporting environment.

This role requires you to have:

• Extensive experience in Data Analysis or Data Engineering
• Skills in data manipulation and transformation (ETL) with MS SQL
• Deployment and maintenance of Azure-based solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure stack components
• Experience in data quality assessment and plan establishment
• Professional work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Effective written and verbal communication in English

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Modelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Understanding of system hardening and threat management
• Experience with data migration projects and query optimization
