The Property Analytics Team leverages geospatial data for US insurance underwriting and pricing. This role involves utilizing advanced technology and cloud platforms to manage large data volumes effectively.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze geospatial data, including weather-related and property data.
• Integrate datasets from sources like census and weather data.
• Design data processing workflows for efficient handling.
• Automate workflows using Python and Pentaho Data Integration.
• Use QGIS for geospatial analysis with open-source software.
• Manage geospatial databases using PostgreSQL or similar systems.
• Leverage AWS and Azure for data storage and processing.
• Document data processes and workflows systematically.
• Collaborate with teams to support data and analytic needs.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in GIS data analysis
• Strong data handling and processing capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and communication skills
