The Data Science team partners directly with business stakeholders and the global Office of Data Science to create impactful solutions. This role aims to enhance how data is leveraged across insurance components, contributing to the company's mission of bringing peace of mind to customers.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for complex business problems using large, unstructured datasets.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality models and algorithms with support from senior scientists.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align work with business objectives and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Select appropriate programming tools and technologies to meet business needs.
• Ensure solution accuracy through best practices and quality assurance mechanisms.
• Mentor team members in best practices for style, documentation, and code management.
• Expand knowledge across all components of the Data Science lifecycle.
• Encourage team achievements through internal and external sharing platforms.
