As a Senior Data Scientist, your role is pivotal in advancing AI engineering within the iCIMS Talent Cloud. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Independently build, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and agents.
• Evaluate AI/ML models using quantitative and statistical tools.
• Develop repeatable data pipelines and frameworks.
• Define user stories and structure tasks for AI features or solutions.
• Integrate API interfaces into production pipelines.
• Ensure AI practices are ethical, reproducible, and efficient.
• Lead initiatives requiring multiple stakeholder collaboration.
• Adhere to responsible AI practices.
• Share knowledge with peers and stay updated on industry practices.
• Investigate and resolve reported technical issues.
