The role of Data Analyst exists to provide high-value insights to customers, optimizing performance and ensuring the flawless delivery of services. You will work with a team of experienced engineers and play a crucial role in the operation of OMN Protect Services.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Publish weekly data reports on service performance and insights related to misuse prevention and revenue optimization.
• Engage with customers to present reports, collaborate on actionable insights, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate internally to manage and refine process frameworks for OMN Protect Services, exploring automation opportunities.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product Management to shape future product roadmaps.
• Manage customer SLAs, ensuring timely report delivery and escalation mitigation.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in data analysis, big data, or business intelligence roles.
• Expertise in data mining, visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with tools such as Kibana, Elastic Search, Logstash, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
