In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Publish weekly data reports on service performance and insights for misuse prevention and revenue optimization.
• Engage with customers to present reports, collaborate on insights, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate internally to refine operational processes and explore automation opportunities.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product Management based on service delivery analysis.
• Proactively manage customer SLAs, ensuring timely report delivery and mitigating escalations.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in data analysis, big data, or business intelligence.
• Expertise in data mining, visualization, dashboards, and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.

You would benefit from having:

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics.
• Experience in telecommunications.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Elastic Search, Logstash, SQL, and scripting languages.
