In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure and Snowflake.
• Create SQL stored procedures and functions for complex data transformations.
• Design optimal data pipelines based on data requirements.
• Create logical and physical data models to ensure data integrity.
• Manage code, and create and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Optimize data processes for efficiency.
• Design and implement data cleaning and standardization processes.
• Deploy code to production and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
• Model large datasets for business intelligence and data science needs.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience as a hands-on Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services.
• Expertise in Snowflake architecture and data warehousing.
• Experience with change data capture (CDC) and ETL/ELT processes.
• Excellent communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Airflow and Python.
