• Deliver technology and process enhancements for measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data requirements and roadmaps.
• Innovate by testing new technologies in the data engineering function.
• Lead and mentor teams of Data Analysts and Data Engineers.
• Design and implement both tactical and strategic solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide insights for process improvements.
• Utilize SQL for data solutions and distribution across systems.
• Develop data standards and automate data processing tools.
• Monitor and evaluate metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using Azure Data services.
• Advise on query optimization for the development team.
• Provide project leadership as needed.
• Maintain the Data Backlog aligning with business priorities.
