In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data infrastructure to consolidate data across platforms into a cloud location.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure comprehensive member coverage.
• Create pipelines to automate gap generation and collation.
• Monitor AI models for drift, retraining when necessary.
• Collaborate with US colleagues to coordinate script execution.
• Communicate processes and outputs to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists.
• Enhance data science team standards and foster skills development.
• Promote inclusion and diversity within the team.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or similar big data platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of software development tools and Unix/Linux command line.
