In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as a domain expert in servicing and customer experience.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify customer pain points.
• Synthesize data and construct models for meaningful metrics.
• Analyze performance and establish alert systems for decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve data issues and develop pipelines.
• Work with product leaders to track new offerings and recommend metrics.
• Promote best practices in analytics and experimentation.
• Develop dashboards and tools to deliver insights.
• Manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires you to have:
