PE Global is hiring a Serialization Data Analyst on behalf of a distinguished biopharmaceutical client based in Dublin. This role is crucial in mitigating serialization data challenges and supporting the digitization strategy. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support and maintain serialization operations workstream
• Ensure the achievement of serialization transactional data operations objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Logistics, O2C, Master Data, and Packaging teams
• Assist in maintaining technical solutions to comply with serialized market transaction requirements
• Provide requirements from markets, pilots, and corrective actions to IT
• Take ownership of the Business Process documentation
• Coordinate data management, clean up, and standardization
• Manage daily serialization data operational issues for commercial products
• Investigate and mitigate serialized transactional data exceptions
• Set up master data attributes to support regulatory requirements
• Analyze and address data transfer issues across systems
• Develop and manage reports to monitor data flow accuracy and timeliness
• Perform technical assessments and support serial number decommissioning requests

This role requires you to have:

• BA or BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 5 - 7 years of business experience in pharmaceuticals, serialization, or supply chain logistics
• 2 years of experience in a data or data operation role
• Solid understanding of relationships among business units, IT, and external partners
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems and serialization systems like SAP ATTP or Trace Link
