This role is vital for executing and systemizing data collection and analysis to improve supply chain processes. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement self-service analytics solutions using data sets and tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Python.
• Pilot and identify best practices to advance analytics strategies within PepsiCo.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Global Process Leads to enhance decision-making and process effectiveness.
• Lead or support proof-of-concept analytics solutions with IT teams.
• Provide training to develop analytic capabilities within supply chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support strategic initiatives with analytical input for complex projects.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize and evaluate technology solutions for data analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• 3rd level qualification in a numeric discipline with supply chain and analytics expertise.
• 5 years’ experience in FMCG using SAP with COE Pillar exposure.
• Strong skills in Excel, MS Access, Tableau, PowerBI, and Python.
• Certification in LSS Kaizen Leader and experience in process improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects under pressure.
• Functional knowledge of SQL, MS SAP Analysis For Office, Business Objects.
