• Craft compelling data stories to guide product leaders in decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate insights that influence product strategy.
• Define success metrics and set measurable OKRs aligned with business goals.
• Create dashboards and reports to track and monitor product performance.
• Develop testing plans and measure impact with statistical rigor.
• Collaborate on scalable data models for self-service analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in data analytics supporting product teams.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in dashboards & visualizations with tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Knowledge of product analytics including metric trees and segmentation.
• Experience with event-based tracking data and tools like Amplitude.
